Message Could probably print it with CarbonX. Looks like a carbon fiber impregnated ABS, says it's extremely durable and UV resistance. Since it's a cover and not a structural part, probably wouldn't have to worry about separation. There's so many different filament choices available these days that picking one that would work shouldn't be that difficult.

From the shape, looks like it'd be a decent candidate for 3d printing, it looks like it's got some funny geometry in the middle that'd be a headache to model right. Only downside is that printing it as is would require a bunch of support material/waste. I've only got a broken passenger side one, if I get some time, I'll see if I can model it and print off a test one.
