Message	At least a urethane you can cut through with a razor, but not a 2-part panel bond. The panel bond adhesive would likely take paint off as the only way you would be able to remove the spoiler. You could fiberglass nuts into the spoiler, but you would have to recess them fairly deep to avoid them ripping out, unless you also used the double-sided tape.
