Message it was a straight drop in replacement. For those contemplating doing this, be certain you familiarize yourself with R200 vs R230; and long and short nose diff configurations; five vs six bolt axles and different spline counts. There are also some aftermarket components which allow using later Z differentials using specialized offset diff to subframe bushings. But the Q45 unit is by far the easiest.

We changed over to 5 bolt axle stubs so I could keep the NA axles and subframe driveline components. Also added an NA pinion flange. Mine's a 3.54, although with all the LS torque, I should have gone down to a 3.32. What'd ratio did you select?
