Message that walk the line of asthetically pleasing yet effective. Try not to deviate too far from the original design and stay on top of maintenance and you'll see values continue to rise. Clean, well-maintained exterior (garage kept goes far), and repair trim that has been bombarded and faded by UV goes a long way in the perceived condition of a vehicle. Ratty, faded, stained and otherwise totally dilapidated interiors don't sell. People drive around in some disgusting interiors that are straight up falling apart, but will be first in line for that latest power mod group buy.

Or just install Bob-San's latest welded disaster promising 50hp, 40lb wheels cambered to sh*t, and a 72 vent CF hood and send it... straight into the ground.
