There are about a dozen standard module specs though, so we'd need to figure out which. But the suggestion was to cast gears out of aluminum, which is actually incredibly difficult to do accurately due to the small figures. So I suggested that you could buy brass/aluminum ones off the shelf and modify the bores, or even just cut new ones for less unless you had a large enough run. That said, the 3d printed ones are likely just as good of an idea.
