Message	Technically: Gates recommends it to be changed every 60k or 72 months. Personally: I'd feel comfortable stretching it a few years beyond the recommended 6yrs under light use. In your case I'd change it, Reasoning is they say starting and stopping the motor is the most stressful times on a timing belt. Being its over double the service life and will be daily driven, i'd prefer to be safe than sorry.
