Message ID1700 injectors will give you more headroom than 1300...also if you go bde rails you can email Brett he is super helpful too with this. You don't NEED to replace the stock fuel lines but if you want to it's a bit of work (I've done it) and I went with stainless steel lines bigger diameter but needed to buy tools to bend the lines which added to the cost but there are plenty of people who just used the stock lines just fine too.

Polar engineering is developing a dual pump bracket, another option is to run a single brushless pump, radium engineering recently tested one from ID which is a beast but still isn't released yet, walbros brushless option is good too but doesn't flow as much as the ID in their test.

You don't need to go standalone, if you already a nistune they have a flex fuel add-on. If you don't have a nistune yet it might be more cost effective to just find a used platinum pro and go from there.
