This will capture the rear frame lift points on one lift and the front lift points on another. It's safe and actually supported by QuickJack's documentation (see link below). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DteZr0lrXI I also know that because of how narrow the lift points in the front are the Z32 won't fit on all Quickjack lifts this way. I don't really see an advantage to this either because it really blocks your access to the drive-drain underneath. The only people I see who use this technique regularly are detailers who just need to get the car in the air for easier access and to remove the wheels but don't want to get under it.
