Message	Hey Fuzzy All of the diffusers that I have seen are smooth, and typically painted in flat black, gunmetal or even plastidipped. I don't believe I have seen a textured diffuser. Are you sure you want it textured? And are you sure the ones pictured have texture applied? That said, as Garth said above, a spray on texture can be applied if that is what you really want.
