Message	So I've had a Z1 3" exhaust on my car for about 3 years and I've been always looking now and then to find an SZ or B&B in classifieds for a decent price. But I never found anything, now I'm forced into changing it because I moved and people on my street are not happy about the noise. I'm wondering how much a difference would a universal 3" muffler would reduce the noise and if anyone has tried the same and would recommend one. A muffler shop I went to suggested putting 2.5" muffler in the middle of H pipes to cut the noise and I'm sure it would cut a bit but I'm thinking it will ruin the flow going down to 2.5 then back to 3". Is that even worse than getting it tapered down to 2.5" completely?
