..but 18 months later, missing the Z, I found myself buying another one. In the end, I spent half again as much. Had I known, I never would have sold it in the first place. You could always buy the option to sell later, and store it for a year someplace outside of the City. Pay the extra to retain ownership until you're convinced selling is the right thing for you. My guess is that like reconnecting with an old girlfriend; after a year, you'll go to visit her and you'll fall in love all over again. ;-)
