all the outlier, minus one 660-mile Z31 are below $20k It isn't a large enough sample set to be considered a true indicator of the overall population, but it is the best we have as far as actual hard data is concerned. And actually I have been paying relatively close attention, and I see nothing has really changed with any true significance apart from the super low mile 95-96's....or the "gems" as you say.....and what the uninformed casual observers seem to "think" is going on. Which was the point I made and the data reflects. The market for true "collectible" rare cars is undoubtedly going up across the board, no doubt about it, but the Z32, TT or not, does not fall into that category beyond those super-low mile "concourse" quality specimens. If only wishing made it so.
