I actually have a thought, it's going to be a total pita, but maybe it's the EGR temp sensor, I'm going to put back on my factory one. I bought a new one when I had the engine out, but nissan stopped making them, so I found one that from a different car that was supposed to be a match, maybe it's not and the EGR valve is never opening, which could explain the high Nox, doesn't explain the high HC's, but maybe the cats will clean that up.
