C Its hard for me to Diagnose Rod Knock if MY hand is not controlling the throttle.. The sound is right, but USUALLY the Knock will be loudest at the transition point between Acceleration and Deceleration.. For your Quick check Vid, I'd say Broken Piston, as the Knock appears to be on acceleration side of the Load. My 'Spot to Check' is 2nd gear, rolling somewhat slowly, and roll into then out of the throttle SLOWLEY.. That transition between not accelerating or Decelerating, and R's about ~2k, 2.5K will be the worst.. Main Bearings are USUALLY a Heavy Load Knock, increasing with RPM and Load.. But your right.. either case its coming out.. Cj
