The OEM ECU triggers all injectors to spray fuel at the same time (once) when the engine is first started because the ECU doesn't know which cylinder will fire first when first turned on. The six 120 degree slits in the CAS rotor plate tells it where it is (keeps it on Q) and the 360 1 degree slits are for each 2 degrees of crank rotation.
