Message With the car running and Datascan active, select 'Active Test' and Start the Base Idle Adjustment:

This will bypass the IAA (same as unplugging the harness connector, but waaaaaaay easier) and cut the ECU out of the loop.

You now set the idle with the screw. It should change noticeably. Set your idle to 900-925.

If you do not disable the IAA, the idle will not change but you've messed with the hard setting and you'll get stumbling issues.

Stop the Base Idle Adjustment and the car will now have the ECU with the hard idle set.
