working on my Z (1994,) and taking it to have it serviced and repaired by a professional (at least Dupree called himself a professional), who charged exceptionally reasonable rates, that Nissan made ALOT more money on service than sales. I had a client that was a local service manager of a giant Nissan dealership in L.A. that said the income from the service department far outweighed that of the sales dept. The labor was usually extensive because of the lack of access to many parts, and the parts were equally expensive.
