It will depend on the shop. I wold say anywhere from $300 on up, a decent job should run around $500-$600. Try to find a shop used to customizing cars. They will invest more time and will be familiar with the challenges that non OEM parts pose. I have seen people take these kind of parts to collision shops that just want to paint and install these parts without any additional effort. The most important step while installing a 90-93 TT spoiler, it to have it fitted first and then do prep and paint work. Lastly I would recommend using an like Sikaflex 221 black, this will ensure that water down't puddle in between the spoiler and hatch. Good luck.
