In a fit of fury I pull the door panel off breaking the last tab on the pillar. By this time I am exhausted from the Z-yoga I have been doing in my cramped garage. Boy I am out of Z-yoga shape. I reinstall the amp and the switch. Passenger side window works. Driver side clicks loudly. I plan on testing the window motor some more directly powering it at the plug to make sure the wires from the amp are not compromised. Then it is order a new motor time. And then to figure out how to replace said motor.
