Message	coined by Capital One and refers to why the values of used luxury cars have dropped dramatically recently. So many people are trading in BMW, Mercedes, and Audi's that there is much more supply than demand. Lease rates for these cars will need to go up. This will eventually hit all the other ice vehicles. Self driving cars will put this on steroids.
