Message	They're approving garage and garden suites in pretty much every neighborhood ... our neighbor was denied development for one 5 years ago, we breezed through with our oversized design, they relaxed the bylaws and approved our non-conforming structure. Only hard rule was 1.3m setback each side to the property line, I wanted to go wider but was stuck at 30'.
