Message	with the old builder was 186K less tax. We ended up firing him and finishing with another builder that added another 30K to the total... roughly 230K with tax. It's a separate municipal address that we could rent out if we wanted. Sq footage down is 633 in garage, 657 upstairs including interior staircase. That's in CDN $$ Our city is ~ 1 million people, we live near the center. Lifts, garage benches & fixtures, upstairs furnishings all extra.
