Somehow I made this worse. I fixed the timing and set it to 15 degrees TDC, ran the old gas out and replaced it with fresh gas, fixed a few small vacuum leaks, and replaced my Iridium plugs with PFR6B-11B gaped to .037" for 12PSI and got the cats nice and hot right before the test. I'm at a loss here. The only thing I didn't replace was the TPS, but my car is making gobs of power and sounds phenomenal, so I didn't touch that, not sure if a bad TPS would cause these results, that, and the factory cats, but they have been sitting since my last smog and I passed with them, so I don't think they are bad, but not sure what else it could be. Leaking o-rings for my injectors? (I don't smell fuel). Bad wiring harness? It's brand new though, and I don't have any codes. Anybody got anymore thoughts besides me throwing in the towel and taking it to somebody? HC
