Message there post-2014, much less post-2016. This is curious as it would be the data in the years AFTER the incentives are gone that would actually tell whether or not E85 is viable, established, and being adopted/accepted by the driving public. I would expect no shortage of material (especially advocacy) written by all sorts of outlets during the phase where there is a political effort to push something onto the marketplace that wouldnt have come to market on its own merit, and legislation/incentives are in place to do so.

What I see is a lot of propaganda/advocacy to push for policy renewal, and then when it didn't happen and became clear was no longer a FOTM, far less people cared to "study" the topic any longer.
