Message The reasons for avoiding Tesla, especially concerning their financial health and practices, are very numerous.

As if everything else wasnt bad enough, given Tesla's precarious situation, it is very bad to have celebrity brand-champions turning on your company publicly while it is in dire financial straights during the age of social media..

or the car becomes known as a death-trap...

Tesla supposedly has a significantly higher fatality rate than any other "luxury brand", although I havent seen the data source for this assertion, it doesn't seem unlikely.

A lot of very relevant information that consumers need to know if they are considering buying a Tesla is simply obscured from public discourse. With too many people getting all their information from social media and other corporate controlled outlets, it is not surprising that public perception of Tesla is largely wholly misaligned with reality and almost completely aligned with Tesla's PR and marketing departments....but the truth about reality is out there and with incidents like the recent ones above, more and more folks are coming to a realization that they have been taken advantage of by an unethical company and a massive dereliction of duty on the part of the government.

I mean seriously, so If this car malfunctions and I get locked in it on a hot day my options are to smash a window, hope I can get out through the trunk, or be a big enough celebrity that the CEO will resolve the matter after I tweet about it and it gets retweeted by however many thousands of followers I have? It isn't even enough to be just a famous celebrity, you need to be on twitter or facebook live AND have enough followers to get Elon Musks attention..

No thanks. If I want to spend 100k+ on an EV, I'll get one from a manufacturer without a history of BS and unethical practices
