Message	pop it into the shifter threaded hole and tighten down. If you don't quite get it to were you want it when it tightens up, pull and add another tiny hard folded square of paper. A couple should do it, as I've done this on all three of my shifters in my Zeds and its worked fine... no thread locker needed.
