Message	the arm starts fighting to move up and down with bumps in the road. Eventually you hit a bump bit enough to crack the metal "socket" that the bushing is pressed into. The stock / Nismo bushings don't behave this way, they have give and even if they break down all they will do is allow the inner sleeve to slip in the arm - which will not be catastrophic.
