Message	give them a call or e-mail them and see what they say. Last time I spoke to them, roughly 4-5 years ago, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They oil analysis came with comments that were written by one of their staff explaining everything (wasn't a generic automatic response) and answered any additional question I had.
