Message	If you study BMW's over last 15-20 years, you will find that they have original factory defect after factory defect. Here's just a few: Rear sub-frame cracking Hi pressure fuel pump failures VANOS (variable cam timing) failures $$$ defective turbochargers ( and rattling wastegates ) SMG ( paddle shifters ) pump failure overheating ( great for a turbocharged engine ! ) Anybody remember how well the marriage of Chrysler and Mercedes went ? Toyota has the cash to do a Supra themselves...why would they invite BMW's problems into their brand? BMW letters often mean Buy More Wrenches.
