Message	that there are driving restrictions attached, with differences between Classic and Antique. I don't know all the details off-hand (weekend driving only & annual mileage limit are examples), and while I have no idea how closely enforced these are here, I didn't think it was worth it. As with anything automotive, state laws vary as does your local PD's stance on such issues.
