Message	Yes - you get classic plates w/o emission for a car older than 25 years old - see [ http://dmvnv.com/platesclassic.htm ] and [ http://dmvnv.com/emission.htm#Classic ] You don't need emission test at all for classic plates - you are still limited to 5000 mi/year with classic plates - I moved to Las Vegas 6 months ago and I did not do emission at all.
