Message	You can get classic plates (I have them for my 1990 N/A even if I can pass emission with high flow cats), but you have to renew in person every year. With emission and normal plates, you can renew online. If you want classic plates, do not go to emission test - if you fail, you have to fix it and you cannot get classic. I live in Green Valley.
