Message	turbo cooling galleys, along with the lines and the metal pipes (unless the bypass has been completed) under the plenum which feed them. I've seen this lead to turbo failure. You could give it a shot, but I am really doubtful you would get the crud out. One thought would be to directly flush the turbo coolant galleys.
