Message Plug the PCV ports on the exhaust cam covers, and the vent ports on the intake cam covers.

3/8" NPT brass plugs for the PCV ports
1/2" NPT brass plugs for the vent ports

Drill & Tap holes in the intake cam covers for the brass fittings, use thread sealant when installing.

You have to drill the rivets to remove the baffle plates in the cam covers. After the modifications, and a thorough clean, drill & tap the rivet locations so you can re-install the baffle plates. I installed a very coarse brass wool pad under each baffle plate. I believe the hardware that I used to install the baffle plates was M6 (with loctite) and brass washers.

The catch can is a cheapo that I bought on Ebay with two inlets and a drain. I installed a coarse scotch-brite pad in the can to act as a coalescer, and I drain the can at every oil change.
