Message the STILLEN arms with time. Same issue has been seen on Z1 Street, Stillen, Noltec, & Whiteline. The stock upper arm bushings are actually bearing loaded and can free spin & move without binding. Any urethane bushing with a metal sleeve will eventually dry up, make noise then fail outright like this:
