Message	In market value—there Wouldn’t be one person here call you greedy for selling at market value. My house has doubled in value in 4 years. No way I’d leave 100’s of 1000’s on the table. Wouldn’t be wise, and wouldn’t be greedy to sell at market price. That being said—I personally wouldn’t sell the mani’s For $3k.
