Message	Assuming vendors are actually selling them at $3k—I’d say they’re worth $3K(free market determines value). Simple supply and demand. That being said—I’d expect your sweet spot where supply/demand meet at the highest return would be $1500-$1800. I’ve seen people get upset at some OEM parts people are selling as much for used as the discontinued new... Again—supply and demand. Sucks for the buyer—great for the seller.
