Backed it into the garage at the beginning of May 2018 with its original NA motor that clocked in over 208,000 miles. Motor ran fine, no oil leaks or any other issues....never even skipped a beat but it was time for turbos. :Before the motor pull. : :Fun stuff....tackled this project as a one man team and mostly working on it during late nights and weekends. : : : :208,000 miles of grime. : :Degreased. : :Fitting in the Koyo radiator, cutting and re-welding the brackets. : :Since the motor was out, I hired a buddy to come in and shoot the bay to Plasma Red, to match the exterior. Turned the garage into a paint booth lol. : : :Soaking up some sun to speed up the drying process. : :Prep and double checking everything. Installing the new Nismo 740s. : :Dropping in the new motor. : :Seated. : :All buttoned up and purrs like a kitten. Left the fan shroud out for now but will be back in along with the Koyo radiator. : :Time to break in the clutch. : : :No roller shots. : : : : :
