a Mickey Thompson drag radial (255/50/16) available to fit the wheel. There have been multiple Zs that have run sub 1.5 60'. The drag radial has a stiffer sidewall than it's ET Street cousin (which has a 2 ply sidewall and slightly harder slick compound). The drag radial has a soft compound used on their full slicks. The ET Street is essentially the same diameter and width as the drag radial. Unless you are looking for a different style wheel, there is no reason to use anything other than a stock rear TT wheel. There are other tires that will fit the wheels (ie. Toyo 275/45/16 drag radial). The 225/50/16 front wheel is a good compliment to the TT rear wheel. I'm not sure why you are looking for 16/9 and 16/8 wheels for drag racing when you have, really, the perfect sizes available in our stock wheels. And they are on the light side.
