told me was best to require the least amount of hassle, and again had I stayed at stock ride height, I wouldnt have had to do anything, but I lowered the car and that was when the problems surfaced, I cant recall how much I lowered ride height, but it think it was in the neighborhood of 1.25-1.5" certainly not more than 1.5". It wasn't the flange, there was some piece of metal that was loose if you removed the fasteners holding the liners in place, it jutted out beyond the flanges that are on the edge of the fender itself.
