Message	that would make it difficult to install the VTC. Further back on the cam, closer to the seal, a burr here can prevent the VTC from functioning because the VTC actually rotates on that surface when activated. The back of the VTC is what interfaces with the seal, not the cam (intake only), so there is no worry about the seal riding on the scratch.
