Message	three boxes of china cross country by FedEx in my packaging. One plate arrived broken. FedEx paid for a new identical replacement plate and its shipping. They also reimbursed me for the shipping cost of the box with the broken plate in it, about $35. Making the claim was very easy and reimbursement took no more than a reasonable amount of time.
