Message	due to BOVs. BOVs vent to atmosphere, which means that air measured by the ECU via the MAFs is vented. The ECU dumps fuel for it, but the air isn't there causing a rich condition. By converting them into recircs, the air is no longer vented, but recirculated and hence you won't have this rich condition.
