Wideband O2s don't care what fuel you are running. They will measure stoich ratio no matter the fuel. Thus, when running the same injector duty cycle a switch to E85 from E15 will show lean and the ECU can adjust for that to get back to stoich (or whatever ratio in Lambda that is required). It is true, however, that if you want to run closer to stoich on E85 at full boost versus when on E15 you would need the sensor to inform the ECU of mix used. It is much easier looking at AF in lambda as stoich will always be 1:1 no matter the fuel. The O2 sensors are only seeing a Lambda value that we are then converting to AF ratio, which varies depending on the fuel.
