Go to Specialty Z. Done once correctly for a bit more is less expensive than done twice because the first time was done wrong or failed. SZ's shop labor rate & hours estimated is more than fair for their quality of work. If you can't afford them, then I recommend doing the research & learning as you go by doing it your self. A tool set & manual is much cheaper than even the least expensive shop or back yard mechanic.
