Message valve that comes with the kit has significantly more bypass volume than the OEM IACV solenoid. This actually eliminates the need for the air regulator AND the FICD solenoid as well.

The solenoid is not integrated onto the intake manifold like the OEM IACV and FICD are. This Mazda IACV comes with the kit as well as a CNC machined distribution plate that has a 5/8" fitting to connect to the driver's turbo discharge pipe, twin discharge 5/16" hose barbs for idle air running to the underside fittings at the back of both plenum chambers, and with an integrated idle calibration screw.
