You can literally order all of the parts to fabricate your own through a number of different sources. Summit is a very reliable source to get everything you need.

All you need to obtain are the proper size banjo fittings with male AN nipples and teflon-lined braided hose with corresponding female AN fittings to mate with the banjo fittings. You can route the replacement lines along the same pathways as OEM. It will be vastly more robust than OEM and in 15 years when you need to rebuild them, all you'll need is replacement hose... Remove the hose ends and re-use them, no problem.
