Message	The way they see it the quicker they get it done the better. With everything else the service writer pulls it up on the computer and it tells them how long it supposed to take. For instance if the service calls for 4hrs labor they get paid for just 4hrs regardless if it takes them 30min or 30hrs. This is the reason fixing cars is a hobby for me instead of a career path lol
