Message	We're fortunate here in that our management pays us for any time that we lose out on warranty, just to keep us happy. Some places aren't as thoughtful. With the technology in new cars, the CAN bus systems etc you can spend hours on hours diagnosing at times, and if you don't pay your techs they'll just leave. I know I would lol
