Message	I agree with your point about that all they do is warranty work, but they suck at that too. I took my 370 in a few years ago for warranty work and thankfully documented the interior with pictures before I took it in (the interior plastics scratch very easily on that car). When I came to pick up the car, I inspected the interior and found major scratches all over the center console from the sloppy workmanship of their "mechanic". I went back in and grabbed the service manager to point out the damage to her. After showing her the "before" pictures, she agreed to replace the console. "Not so fast" I said, "You can order the new console, but I will replace it myself as I don't want to deal with other scratches in the car". She didn't argue the point and a few days later I picked up the console and installed it myself. This was the experience I had with my local dealer - other ones in my area may not have done the same crappy work. But that was the first and only time I took my Z in to them for warranty work.
